Zenfone 2 Nougat ROM

This is a custom ROM that works perfectly for Z00A (Zenfone 2 4GB RAM) and Z008 (2GB RAM) based on Lineage OS (previously known as CynogenMod). There are several ROMs out there but this is the best for me.

Ability required : READING  and PATIENCE.
             

-INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS-

- Download the latest build
- Download Gapps for 7.1 x86 builds
- Take a nandroid backup
- Recommended - Full wipe and factory reset
- Flash ROM using latest TWRP Recovery
- Flash Gapps
- Reboot.
- Enjoy!

Upgrade bootloader recovery :

To install the Nougat Version, you need to upgrade your bootloader and your recovery.
You just need a PC and this file :

1. Connect your phone
2. Extract the RAR
3. Launch "upgrade.bat"
4. Wait 2 minutes ( WAIT, START COUNTING TO MAXIMUM OF 5 MINUTES)
5. And That's it !
6. Go to recovery mode
7. Flash the RR N
8. Flash Gapps 7.1 x86
9. DON'T FORGET WIPE DALVIK / CACHE
